Joyce Poliard is the Holistic Wealth Strategist.  She is a woman of faith and toddler mom who loves gels pens and hazelnut coffee. Currently resides in sunny South Florida.

Teresa A. Lassiter is a pastor, teacher, coach, trainer and the Executive Director of nonprofit The Legacy of HOPE Foundation. She is married to Johnny Lassiter and is the mother of two, Michael and Tanesha and grandmother of Lauren and Elijah. She and her husband are Overseers of HOPE Manifested Ministries in Newport News, VA. She is also a Bible Teacher at Greater HOPE Bible College. She has a Doctorate Degree in Ministry from Ministry International Institute and is a volunteer Chaplain with the Newport News Police Department. Her desire is to serve God and partner with Him to advance His kingdom by moving in the Great Commission to “Go ye therefore and make disciples and teaching them to observe all things that Jesus commanded"

Collette Vanriel was born in London, United Kingdom and raised on the island of Jamaica in the West Indies, where she gave her life to Christ at the age of 12.  A wife to Cy Vanriel, a proud mother to six children and a loving ‘Glammy’ to five, Collette has the heart of a servant. Collette has spent a fruitful career working with children and young people with social, emotional and mental health needs in schools and youth clubs. This heart for the futures of young people has expressed itself in ministry also: she served as youth pastor for the Church of England for 12 years and 13 years serving faithfully in local churches. After enduring the unexpected death of her second daughter Collette found expression for her grief in the place of deep worship and intercession. The once  immeasurable pain was the catalyst that pushed her to pursue her purpose. She has come to know great compassion for young girls and women and is committed to utilizing her voice to encourage, uplift, motivate, inspire and equip women of all ages to be strong in faith. Through the leading of the Holy Spirit Collette has founded several initiatives to teach, equip, gather and uplift young girls and women locally and internationally namely: Crown Fix Her Global ™️ , Beauty For Ashes Inspired Grace, Created by beauty.  Collette is building a safe haven for all ages. Collette currently attends The Brook Place London under the eadership of Dr Oscar and Lady Triumph Guobadia where she serves as the lead of both the Youth and Safeguarding departments.
