FAQs

What does this package NOT include?

You will be responsible for the hosting package which you will settle with Shopify.com platform.

Will I be able to edit my website easily?

Your website will be fully editable! My team and I will set-up a time for us to give you a basic tutorial of your site, so you can edit your pages as you wish. The Shopify.com platform is very user friendly.

Will you offer support with my website once the project is complete?

Given that you have not changed or edited your website in any way, after the completion of your website project, we offer up to 1 week support after site is completed. Which means that my team and I will assist and guide you if you have any questions, concerns or if you need to add or change anything on your site.
However, going forward we do offer a monthly Website Maintenance Package which I would suggest that you take advantage of. This package includes any updates to your site and discounts to re-designs in the future.

Do you provide webiste design on any other platform?

Yes we do, we also work with the Wix platform. Please contact us for information on Wix Website Design.
